As Product & Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of logistics products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service performance, drive innovation, and ensure offerings remain competitive in the fast-paced eCommerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product portfolio for global different commercial lanes (e.g., APAC and Europe).
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements to reduce transit time, optimize cost, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, and customer service to align product capabilities with business needs.
  • Develop product documentation, marketing materials, and training content.
  • Coordinate with international partners and ensure service continuity and alignment.
  • Lead product reviews and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce product management.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in multicultural, international teams.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese Mandarin.
